Candidates who will apply till above mentioned deadlines would be shortlisted for Personal Interview accordingly as per the timelines mentioned. Applicants can apply only once in any of the given admission phases. Applying in any phase does not impact your chances of securing an admission offer.
Please note that the MDI application form is the only source of information about your personal details, academic background and admission related matters. Your failure to provide fully and accurately the information asked for in the application form can prove to be disadvantageous to you. In case of any false/fabricated information about your personal details, academic background, work experience and other admission related matters, your candidature/admission will automatically be cancelled at later/any stage.
It is therefore, advisable that you carefully fill the online application form to ensure that you do not miss out/make mistake in any field applicable to you.
Please note that any change in the details entered by you in the MDI online application form cannot be corrected/changed at any stage during the admissions process and any such request/communication will not be entertained at any stage of the admission process.

ELIGIBILITY
- The Applicants must have 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
- The Applicants must have minimum 3-year Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India or other educational Institutions established by an Act of the Parliament or declared as deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956 or possess and equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
- The basis for computing the percentage obtained by the candidate would be based on the practice followed by the university/ institution/board from where the candidate has obtained the degree/certificate. In case of the candidates being awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the equivalence would be based on the equivalence certified by the university/ institution/board from where they have obtained bachelor’s degree/certificate. In case the university/ institution /board does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by MDI by dividing obtained CGPA(X) with the maximum CGPA(Y) and multiplying fraction so obtained by 100 (Z). e.g. ((X)/(Y))*100
4. A minimum of 4-year of post-qualification work experience as on 31st March 2027.
- Applicant must complete minimum 4 years of full-time work experience as on March 31, 2027.
- Relevant work experience after graduation will be considered. Internship/training/ project work which were a part of the curriculum will not be considered as work experience. Paid Internship after graduation will be considered.
- Full time and paid article-ship as part of Chartered Accountancy will be considered as part of the work experience (only upon successful completion of Chartered Accountancy and with valid documentation for article-ship completion). Part time and/or unpaid article-ship will not be considered.
- Applicants who are entrepreneurs or own ventures, need to submit documents like income tax returns, incorporation certificates, registration certificates, etc. as proof of work experience.
5. Accepted Exam Scores: Valid CAT /GMAT / XAT
- The Applicants must have Common Admission Test (CAT) / GMAT / XAT score to be eligible for the admission to PGDM-BM 2027. Last 3 years scores of CAT & XAT 5 years scores of GMAT is applicable.
- The name of the organization
- Start date of employment
- End date of employment (not applicable for the current job)
- Designation during employment. In case you have worked across various designations, the work experience certificate should mention the last designation held. For the current organization, the work experience certificate should have the designation, you are currently holding in the company. In case of non-availability of work experience for the present company, the offer letter with joining date and latest payslips has to be attached.
- Form 16 from your employer and bank statement with the details of your salary credited of the past 3 months.
- Please combine your work experience documents for each company you have worked and upload the same in a single document in reverse chronological order starting from your latest work experience. The documents uploaded should determine your period of work experience in the company till the current date. For example, the latest/current work experience document should be uploaded in the Work Experience 1 in the upload document section and so on.
- The Present Annual CTC has to be mentioned in numbers for example If your present CTC Annually is 2 lacs. Kindly mention the same as 200000.
NRI Applicants
NRI applicants can be considered for admission on the basis of their valid GMAT scores. Government of India (GOI) rules will be followed related to admission of these categories of candidates. GOI guidelines will be applicable in determining the status of applicants.
ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
- The online application form for PGDM-BM Programme of MDI Gurgaon shall be available on the MDI website https://www.mdi.ac.in. with necessary instructions.
- Online registration will be open till June 15, 2027, 17:00 hrs.
- Applicants have to make an online payment of Rs.3000 (Rupees three thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST.
- NRI Applicants for MDI Gurgaon will have to make an online payment of Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand only) inclusive of 18% GST.
